a year agoI recently visited thai style salon for hair color on 28th dec, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite my high expectations based on previous visits and the salon’s reputation, the service fell short. To begin with i had an appointment taken, after getting there the staff realized they have ran out of the color and could not arrange it for the next 4 days. In my previous visit the staff seemed inattentive and rushed through the process. She kept hanging me in the middle of my service to attend to another customer. Surely never going back there again I feel the staff lacks customer service and they have lost a loyal customer.
