3 weeks agoI made appointment and came to the salon for my appointment and I had to leave work early to be here. When I arrived, I saw that the nail technician who usually does my nails was already working on another client. I was informed that the staff member responsible for bookings did not register my appointment. As someone who took time off work and came all the way to the salon, this was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. The booking staff needs to be much more careful and responsible when handling appointments and needs improvement.πππ
