Kaya Skin Clinic – Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi

My hairline increased not declined (having now a wider forehead after 3 sessions of their PRP treatments). This is the biggest issue. They seem to be in denial telling me that shouldn't be the case. I will now cancel the 9+ sessions I paid for. Thanks god I didn't do anything in my face. Otherwise I realised the hair quality has improved in the rest of my. The reception and the Dr are nice people. If you want yo get bold with a smile go to Kaya!

Customer service was extremely poor

I booked an appointment for the morpheus treatment because they have a national day offer for 1499aed for the session. I called the call center and told them I want the session with the doctor they said sure I have to book this package during national day otherwise I wont have the offer I said ok. I visit the Mushrif kaya clinic. When I entered and told them I have a morpheus app the receptionist straight away got defensive and said we dont have the machine! We dont have it here only Tuesdays! I told her ok then when do I have a confirmed appointment she said thats just the consultation. I told her that wasnt clear so she said what the call center say isnt in their control. She never welcomed me at least, never mentioned that I can go for the consultation and she will book a session on Tuesday. My last appointment at Kaya clinic mushrif mall was May 2017 I thought of giving them a second chance because thats also the reason I stopped going there. Today I was reassured that the customer service quality is still the same even after 8 years.

Today I have experienced the worst service in kaya clinic since 2 years that I have been a regular customer .. from registration staff charmaina .. very rude unprofessional behavior, non helpful as well toward my request and I saw her shouting to anther staff working with her in the presence of the nurse .. the clinic manager was not there and the nurse tried to help be to reach her through the phone and asked her several time to speak to me she accepted after that .. informed her the situation , has been told to wait till Saturday to solve my complaint .. as a regular customer in kaya we expect to excellent customer service which was not provided and declined in the service provided to us

I’ve been going to Kaya for 4 months and the results have been outstanding! Honestly I’ve done, waxing and even electrolysis but this is just super, the downtime is 0, it fits in a busy schedule and it’s painless!!!! But the staff they’re just out of this world! So professional, so kind and they go out of their way to accommodate. I only go because of their staff. Especially Sharmeen she is just perfect at customer service, she is also very knowledgeable and really exceeds my expectations each time! Above all she is the one that convinced me of the results and it just blew my mind, I didn’t not expect these results I really didn’t. And my nurse technician Samar so knowledgeable so sweet, she takes the time to explain the procedure and is so good and fast. I’ve been to other Kaya branches but this one stands out!!! It’s definitely worth the drive and visit.
