a month agoI underwent treatment at Kaya Clinic over a period of approximately four years and spent over AED 12,000 on procedures and products recommended by the clinic. Throughout this time, I followed all advice, attended sessions consistently, and used the recommended skincare products. In my experience, the treatments and products did not deliver results for my skin, and my condition worsened over time with increased breakouts and sensitivity. By my last session, I had already raised concerns and was advised that there was no clear way forward, which led me to escalate the matter. I raised a formal complaint and requested a refund; however, the process took an extended amount of time with little clarity or progress, and my request was ultimately declined. Given the time, cost, and outcome, my experience was disappointing. I would recommend that patients carefully assess the suitability of treatments and products for their skin type before committing long-term.
