a week agoA very bad experience at Bioclinic Yas Island. I was asked to come all the way from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi to be a model for a doctor's photoshoot. After waiting for over two hours, I was simply informed that the doctor had left the clinic. This reflects a clear lack of professionalism, poor organization, and a complete disregard for people's time. What's worse is that no one from management had the courtesy to apologize directly; instead, a receptionist was sent to speak to me. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I do not recommend this clinic based on what happened. Extremely disappointing experience at Bioclinic Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. 2 weeks agoI had such a great experience at this biomedical clinic! Everyone is super friendly and really knows what they’re doing, especially when it comes to laser hair removal. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The results have been amazing so far, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Big shoutout to my technician—she was so gentle, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell she’s really good at what she does! Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about laser treatments
