I’m honestly very disappointed with what happened at this clinic. As a parent, I really depend on clear communication and proper scheduling, especially when it comes to my kids’ health. But this visit made me feel ignored, disrespected, and honestly exhausted. I had an appointment confirmed for all three of my children at 4:00 PM. I even have the message from the clinic showing the exact time. Later they called and tried to change it to 3:30 PM, which I clearly couldn’t do because I already had other things booked. I still went at the confirmed time, showed them the proof, and yet my daughter was not seen. What upset me the most wasn’t the delay—it was the feeling that nobody cared. No manager, no senior staff, nobody came to explain what happened or even apologize. As a parent already stressed about my child’s health, that lack of responsibility and basic respect was really painful. Because of how the whole situation was handled, I decided to pull all my children’s files from the clinic. When we bring our kids to a place, we trust that they will treat families properly. That trust was completely broken today. I really hope the management takes this seriously and fixes the way they handle appointments and communication. No parent should ever be put in this situation.

Dr. Hiba is an example of a dedicated doctor who works with integrity and skill. I suffered from pain in my lower teeth for 26 years due to an old accident, and with the treatment plan she devised for me, I improved, thank God. Today, I have no complaints, and even my fear of the dentist is gone. For me, guiding people to treatment is a responsibility, not a favor.
