Very commercial, the consultant Dr. even did not ask what medicines ı am on and what treatments ı am receiving currently. This place is not for people’’s and patients health and need, they prioritise cost of each application and every single action without understanding your need. I ask promotion cost on WhatsApp it was way cheaper and when I arrived during consultation Dr. give me higher cost by mentioning that its a promotion cost. They throw the deal on people in case they hunt them on whatever cost. Did not like the attitude, level of professionalism and most importantly mindset.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have tried a few different treatments, and I can honestly say this is the best clinic I’ve visited. Everyone here is skilled, professional, and genuinely kind. The doctors recommend what you actually need and never make you feel pushed into doing more, which I really appreciate. The nurses and staff are so warm and friendly too, and I’ve always felt comfortable and welcome. The results have also been inline with what was explained to me during consultation, they take the time to educate you on how it all works too in order to prevent you from hopping on to a trend that wouldn't benefit your body. Their prices are very fair, especially considering the level of care they provide. I’m really grateful for the experience I’ve had here and thankful to the whole team. ♡

I was double charged and until now you are not refunding my payment and you event want to charge me for your mistake. This is very disappointing. This is causing me stress, financial issues and mental illness!!!! I need this resolved soon. I complaint since April 11 and until now this is not yet resolved. I sent you proof of payment and all recorded via tabby but you are ignoring to resolve this issue.

I would advise against going to this clinic based on my experience i had in 2024 I paid 3,000 AED for a treatment and did not see any results, even though I followed all the post-treatment instructions carefully. When I went back for a follow-up consultation, I was told that I must have done something wrong, which I don’t agree with. I was then informed that the treatment I originally received was not sufficient and that an additional 2,000 AED procedure would be required to achieve the expected results. This was not clearly explained to me during the initial consultation. If this had been made clear from the beginning, I would not have proceeded with the treatment.

The second time I visited , thinking of giving 2nd chance to this place. But terrible ppl at the reception and extremely biased with other nationalities other than theirs.will never ever come here..
