I visited Dr Hasan in the middle of my weight loss journey. I started at 140 kg, 34 years old male, lost 30 kg in one year by eating high protein and weight lifting. 110 kg today, with 25 kg remaining to lose. I was worried that I had a gyno problem. My chest looked awful even with muscle building. I wasn’t sure if I should do the surgery now or later when the weight loss is finished. I met with Dr Hasan and met other surgeons in Dubai. Dr Hasan recommended that I do the surgery now to minimize saggy skin as it started to develop. I took his advice and did the surgery. Today, 3 weeks passed since the surgery. A lifetime problem is now over. I noticed that I focus on other parts as I still have a lot of weight to lose, but the chest area is not even a concern anymore . I had fears from bruises, swelling, discoloration, stitch marks, none of that happened. stitch marks are tiny and they are fading away already. The surgery went very smoothly. I arrived in the morning and left around 3-4 pm. The team follows up and answers all my questions. Dr. Hasan is always welcoming and answering all my questions and worries in detail. How to move arms around, when to get back to training, and all sorts of questions. Resting the first week was challenging as arms movement was restricted, specifically in lifting arms up, and a pressure garment must be kept on 24/7 for the next few weeks. Hence, it is wise to plan the first rest week in advance and to have someone to assist on the first day post surgery. Big thanks to Dr Hasan and his team for their great efforts and work. The results are beautiful and I couldn’t be any happier.

I am sharing my personal experience as a patient. I underwent a liposuction procedure, and unfortunately the results were not as agreed or expected. A significant amount was paid, yet the outcome—especially in the chest area—was unsatisfactory and left visible irregularities. Post-procedure follow-up and accountability did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would advise future patients to thoroughly research, ask detailed questions, and consider multiple opinions before proceeding.
