in the last weekMirrors used to a leading chain of salons about 5 years ago for really good reasons. They had a bunch of professionals who really knew their job and were actually good at it, delivering above average quality at average prices. Talking of today, I have given them enough chances to see if it’s me or the quality has really deteriorated, and I was proven correct. It’s just a salon with fancy interiors with no professionalism left; management has changed hands almost thrice and you can see the impact on the quality of their services. The hair stylist who I asked to do a simple hair cut kept asking me on every cut if she should do it, as if I’m the stylist not her. There’s was another infuriated customer who had her hair damaged and the (limited) staff was clueless. No more chances, Mirrors salon has lived its life on my ‘worth it salon’ list.

a month agoI had an amazing experience today. Simma did my hair balayage and Srijana did my nail extensions, and both worked at the same time so smoothly without making me feel uncomfortable at all. Their work was extremely neat, professional, and done with great attention to detail. The service was excellent, and I am very, very happy with the results.
