I went for a hair color and the stylist Pasang clearly had no idea what she was doing — she changed my hair color multiple times (blonde, brown, then black) and it ended up looking exactly the same as before. I wasted four hours and paid 500 AED for nothing. The manager Ishani was equally unhelpful and didn’t bother to fix the issue. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.
