in the last weekI had chin lipo and a neck lift at Nova Clinic with Dr Timm and I honestly could not be happier with my experience. From the very first consultation, Dr Timm was so friendly, approachable and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything properly and made me feel completely at ease, which meant so much. All of the staff at Nova Clinic were amazing from start to finish. Everyone was kind, welcoming and genuinely cared about my experience. The aftercare has been incredible. Any questions or concerns I had were always welcomed and I was encouraged to come back into the clinic whenever I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable and that I felt supported throughout the whole process. I felt so well looked after and confident in my decision. I would highly recommend Dr Timm and the entire Nova Clinic team to anyone considering a procedure.

2 months agoI had such a great experience at the Nova clinic. The staff are incredibly responsive, and caring. I went to see Dr Timm for a cyst removal and would highly recommend him. From the consultation, through to the procedure, he explained everything is great detail. I also appreciated that he presented me with options, and helped me to weigh up the pros and cons of each. He’s very attentive and has such a gentle hand, which is all the more important when you’re trusting someone with your face! I’m very pleased with the whole experience, and I have no doubt anyone would be.
