The way of session is collecting information about me, biomechanics test for muscle, trigger point tests and after therapy. I’m a professional international fitness coach and I know the way how to do sessions and I can tell he is doing professional treatments, he is feeling a muscle and pain what you can feel from trigger point and he will find a pressure to make effective and comfortable.
