a month agoI had a pedicure, foot spa, waxing, and eyebrow services done — and everything was excellent! I especially appreciated the service from Mona; she was fantastic, and the other staff were also very supportive and professional. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I really liked the salon and the overall experience. Great service all around!

2 weeks agoI visited yesterday (03.07.2025) for a package service worth 6 points, which included a hair trim and a pedicure with foot spa. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member attending to my hair was insistent on styling, even though I had clearly requested only a basic trim. It felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessarily, and I found it quite unprofessional. The pedicure and foot spa were also disappointing. There was no proper massage or relaxation element — just basic nail cleaning and light scrubbing. It did not feel like a proper spa treatment at all. What made it worse was that more than two different staff members were involved in the pedicure, making the experience feel rushed and unorganized. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and attention to detail. I would not recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience

2 weeks agoI had a disappointing experience with the service. Despite booking a package that included hot oil treatment and a foot spa, the service felt rushed and lacked proper attention (03.07.2025). The hot oil treatment was extremely basic — just the application of oil with barely a few seconds of massage. As for the foot spa, it was no different from a regular pedicure, with minimal effort in scrubbing, soaking, or cleaning. It’s also disheartening that clients who opt for package services seem to receive less attention and care compared to individual appointments. I paid 100 AED for two services (valued at 6 points), but the experience didn’t justify the cost at all. Very disappointed with the overall treatment and lack of professionalism.

a month agoI had an amazing experience at Pretty Eye Saloon! I went for eyebrow shaping and waxing, and I was truly impressed with the service. Sandhya was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. She paid close attention to detail and did a fantastic job. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a very relaxing vibe. Highly recommend Pretty Eye Saloon
