in the last weekI would like to express my sincere appreciation to the nurse in the NICU for her exceptional care and kindness. She was truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. She always provided me with complete information and made sure all my needs were met with patience and compassion. A big thank you to her from the bottom of my heart for her support, kindness, and dedication. She truly made a difference during this difficult time. 💗🌸 Nurse name : SARA 🥹💞

in the last weekShockingly Poor Service from American Hospital I am genuinely shocked and deeply disappointed by the level of service at American Hospital. I requested my medical records specifically including the images for my MRI, four times, and despite multiple reminders, no one bothered to send them. Each time, I was told they would “follow up” or “send shortly,” yet no images where sent, instead a link was sent that can’t even be opened, no images of my MRI. What makes this even worse is that I am not able to walk, and despite explaining this clearly, I was left with no choice but to drive there myself to collect the records in person. The lack of care, responsibility, and basic empathy is unacceptable — especially from a hospital that claims to prioritize patient well-being. A simple request turned into an exhausting and unnecessary ordeal. Patients deserve better. I truly hope the management addresses these failures, because no one should ever have to go through this experience.
