I had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was impeccable. Sadly I didn't take any pictures! I got the offer for 60 minutes massage and 50 minutes facial for 888aed. The massage was absolutely amazing 👌 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐right at the top 5 of the best massages I've had. I opted for the Balinese massage and my therapist focused on the areas that were tense and had knots. The facial was alright, except after I finished the face cream wasn't absorbed it left a white cast layer and it wasn't just only on my eyebrows, it was all over my face an hairline. When I got home I had to wash my face

After a 15 hour flight my lower back was in knots. The therapist (May) slowly and artfully worked the kinks out and then put moist heat on while she finished the rest of my back. Truthfully, one of the best massages I've ever received!! Thank you May!

It was great spa that i have ever been. Therapist they are so professional for the massage. I was having deep tissue massage it was so relaxing and make me feel great. The scent when you enter the spa its so favoulous scent. The light and the relaxing music everythings is great. Reception are so kind and help me through to choose the massage which one is best for my back pain. Thank you for your good services and will like to visit soon again. ❤️❤️❤️

I visited this spa for a back and neck massage after a long flight. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I asked the receptionists for more information about the massage or the therapists' qualifications, they couldn't provide any details about their education or experience. Instead, they mentioned the therapists' nationalities, which felt odd and irrelevant since I hadn't asked about that. As for the massage itself, I wouldn’t recommend it. It felt more like being lightly stroked and covered in oil, with some hair being pulled out during the process. There was no real improvement afterward, though thankfully, it didn’t make things worse either.
